5.4.1 - Federal: New Response Letter

Response to an Federal letter or notice that is not listed on the SEDM website and which is addressed to an INDIVIDUAL and not a BUSINESS. We don?t do business response letters and we can?t help you unless you are a member and fax a signed copy of the Member Agreement with the Federal letter that you need a response to. We will craft a custom individualized response specifically for your situation if the letter you received does not have an available response.

After your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to you containing a phone number to fax your Federal letter or notice so that we can begin preparing a response. Please remember to fax your letter or we won?t have anything to write a response to and will ignore your order.
A custom response will be drafted within approximately one week.
The new response letter we prepare will then be posted on the SEDM website and made available for all of our users.
You will then be sent a notification email containing a link where you can obtain the new response letter off the SEDM website.
