1. A substitute for your own diligent and committed study of the law.
2. A crutch to help you permanently avoid studying or learning the law.
3. Legal or tax advice or an insurance policy to divert any portion of the responsibility for your choice to use them away from you or onto anyone else but you.
4. A tool to facilitate violations of law or injurious behavior of any kind.
5. A "tax shelter" within the meaning of any revenue law.  A "tax shelter" is a device used to reduce the liability of a statutory "taxpayer", and those who are "taxpayers" may obtain but may not "use" our tax materials or services in interacting with members of the legal profession or government.

Ultimately, all litigation boils down to FACTS that you yourself personally know and believe, rather than what others believe.  You can't know a FACT until you know what EVIDENCE is.  What others believe is nothing more than hearsay that is inadmissible under Federal Rule of Evidence 610.  What you and only you know and believe and the FACTS and EVIDENCE that it is based on is how "willfulness" is determined, which is a prerequisite to every tax crime.  Unless you can understand your own status in relation to the government, the context [CONSTITUTIONAL or STATUTORY] you are dealing with, and the legal premises, legal history, and legal foundations that are behind these forms as explained by our free Path to Freedom Document, Form #09.015 curricula, then nothing, including use of these forms or any of our services, will solve any problem you face.  The common enemy is our own ignorance of or disrespect for the law, not governments, courts, or the legal profession.  It is hypocritical, selfish, and psychopathic to expect any government, any court, or any member of the legal profession to protect us if we don't help protect them from the harassment and abuses of ignorant or presumptuous people who refuse to do their homework or exercise their MANDATORY due diligence.  All you are going to do by using these forms without studying the law FIRST is needlessly disrupt the government and the courts in the lawful execution of their duties and undermine otherwise good and valid legal defenses to the injury of those who are Members of this fellowship.
