UCC 1-308"
- Places where it asks you what "country" you live in have the phrase
"(state)" after them.
- References to "beneficial owner" are replaced with "nonresident
alien" so as not to incriminate yourself or violate the
Fifth Amendment. The government cannot compel you to surrender
your privacy or divulge what you own if you are a nonresident alien
outside their jurisdiction.
- The phrase "permanent address", which means "domicile", is filled
in with the phrase "None (no domicile)".

article on domicile to learn why this change was made.
- Forms which might have a penalty for filling out incorrectly, such
as the W-4, have attachments which redefine their terms so that you
don't have to make physical changes to the form itself and thereby be
unlawfully penalized for changing the form. Penalties are only
appropriate for federal employees and not private citizens.

and use the STANDARD IRS forms but at the same time avoid committing perjury
and properly and truthfully representing your status, you can just attach
