This is a lecture by John Harris about common law, Statutory Law, Admiralty law. Basically the legal field uses a language against you without you knowing the definitions and therefore tricks you into consenting to contract or associate with them. All conversations are contracts, you have to be careful what you say when talking to someone in a position of authority as they use a language called legalese. The tricky bastards use the same words as are found in English language, but in their stupid fucking heads decided to give these words different definitions in their language called legalese. Like many legally ignorant freedom lovers, John confuses CIVIL jurisdiction with CRIMINAL jurisdiction and calls them BOTH “statutory” and contractual. This is a HUGE mistake that should be AVOIDED. CRIMINAL and COMMON LAW jurisdiction is NOT “voluntary” or “contractual” as he falsely indicates that they are. They are BOTH MANDATORY and do NOT require your consent to acquire what he calls “the force of law”. If you kill someone, you don’t need to consent to go to jail and you SHOULD go to jail! John’s ideas are by no means new.  They have been documented and understood by those in power for hundreds of years.  The book below, in fact, documents exactly what he describes, written by a lawyer no less, in 1829:

What John is describing in secular terms is a trap to HUNT men like animals.  That trap or cage is a civil statutory franchise crafted by covetous lawyers to STEAL your rights and property by converting them from PRIVATE to PUBLIC (Form #12.025) without your knowledge or express consent (Form #05.003).  Below is the Bible’s description of this trap:

‘For among My [God’s] people are found wicked [covetous public servant] men; They lie in wait as one who sets snares; They set a trap; They catch men. As a cage is full of birds, So their houses are full of deceit. Therefore they have become great and grown rich. They have grown fat, they are sleek; Yes, they surpass the deeds of the wicked; They do not plead the cause, The cause of the fatherless [or the innocent, widows, or the nontaxpayer]; Yet they prosper, And the right of the needy they do not defend.
