Many people from other countries stumble on our materials and want to apply them to countries other than the United States OF AMERICA.
This page is intended to answer such inquiries.
The United States OF AMERICA is a common law country. The concepts and underlying basic law at the foundation of our materials are generally applicable in all common law countries. For more on what those countries are, see:
Hundreds of people have inquired previously to ask the question of how our materials apply to other countries. Below is an example:
Hello… wondering if this book applies to Canada as well. I am trying to find info. On how to become a sovereign living soul in Canada?
We have answered questions like this hundreds of times before from people throughout the world and the answer is always the same, which is:
Thanks for you interest in our ministry and information.
As we have said hundreds of times to people like you and indicated so in our FAQs, our materials apply generally to all common law countries, of which Canada is one.
Most of Europe [other than England and Ireland], unfortunately, is based on Roman Civil law rather than common law. Common law aspects of our materials won’t apply in those countries, including Germany and France.
The constitution of the affected country may still limit what the Roman Civil Law (jus civile) can do, so unalienable rights will still be intact in most cases.
Our materials do not take into account the constitutional, statutory, or regulatory provisions of all the countries in the world, because they are already too large and would become unwieldy if they did.
If you have an interest in applying our materials to your country to particularize them to the constitutional, statutory, and regulatory environment found in your country, we encourage you to do so and tell us about your website so we may link to it and refer people.
As it stands now, we are overwhelmed just covering our own country and could use help from people like you applying our materials to your country, given that we are underfunded and overworked. Our country, the USA, is as large as the entire (now disintegrating with Brexit) EU. That’s a big job. 🙂
We have previously answered this question similarly at the following links in our Member Forums:
- Do your materials pertain to Australia?
- Do people in Bulgaria Have Sovereignty?
- Do you have any information about application of your materials outside the United States of America?
- FAQ, Question 5.09: I’m a foreigner who has been in this country for over ___ years. Can I become a “national” and “non-resident non-person”?
Please don’t contact us with Questions About this subject in the future. You will get the same answer as that here. We have nothing to add to the above answer.
