REBUTTAL: Murderer Darrell Brooks Allegedly Using Sovereignty Tactics to Escape Accountability for his Criminal Acts
QUESTION:
Darrell Brooks is a man currently on trial for killing 6 people and injuring dozens more when he drove an SUV through the Christmas parade in Waukesha WI is making many arguments that seem to align with some of what is advocated for on this website. Arguments about common law vs admiralty law, judicial power vs military power, judicial determinations, on and on. Below is a summary of his case, including an accusation by the judge accusing him of being a “sovereign citizen”:

I guess my question is do you agree that these arguments should mean that he is not held responsible for the murders he committed? Under the set of beliefs for which you advocate is murder de facto legal?
ANSWER:
1. First of all, what that man did was a CRIMINAL offense. We say in our Path to Freedom, Form #09.015, Section 4.6 and several other places on this site, that our materials and services are not intended to affect criminal liability WHATSOEVER. So Darrell Brooks criminal offenses would not in any way be affected by our materials and our materials are not intended, recommended or even authorized to be used for criminal defense purposes.
2. Our Member Agreement, Form #01.001, forbids Members from claiming they are “sovereign citizens”. That rules out any of our members from a trial like that, since the judge accused him of being one.
3. Gods law, the common law and natural law have a great deal in common. When you cause harm to a person or property there is equal and just compensation due. This is a basic tenant of reality, not simply a law. We have come a long way from what justice once was. Was another party or their property harmed? That would always be my first question. If such is the case, I would say there is no avoiding just compensation. If there is not a party harmed then I would have to ask what is the crime?
4. In addition, biblical law always trumps all law. It is against the Ten Commandments in Exodus 20 to kill. Therefore, what that man did was a violation of the paramount law and an injury to others that can and should never be defended with any of the techniques documented on this site. This situation is pretty clear that this party harmed others, and thus has a debt to pay.
5. This site teaches people to accept responsibility for themselves and the injuries they cause others. To the extent that this man seeks to evade responsibility for murder, he is misusing our materials. If he has connected us in some way to his defense by using any of our materials in his defense, then he is slandering himself and violating the member agreement.
SHAME ON THAT MAN.
6. We are not here to help thieves steal from just people, rather just the opposite. We are here to help improve lives through education, clear cognitive discernment and responsibility. It astounds us how little people actually think about these things taking for granted that someone else will think for them. Apparently, yourself included as you didn’t exercise your due diligence as these principles are illustrated through our work ad nauseum. Why do you consider your own time more important than ours?
7. If you really cared about anything other than slandering us or being lazy, you would have investigated our materials first before contacting us about this subject so as to exercise the MANDATORY due diligence mandated of all members of this site. If you had, you could have answered your own question before wasting our time to do work for you that you should be doing for YOURSELF as a responsible member.
8. Since you didn’t exercise your due diligence and considered your own time more important than ours, and abused others to obtain our services while not being a member, and thereby stealing from us in violation of the rules for contacting us:
