The Supreme Court DESTROYS the Foundation of the Administrative State: Yeah!

You can read the opinion they are referring to on the SCOTUS website at:

Loper v. Raimondo, Case No. 22-451
https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/23pdf/22-451_7m58.pdf

The above case wasn’t about technicalities discussed in the above or even by the dissenting liberal justices. It was whether an unelected bureaucrat in the Executive Branch could FORCE fishing boats to pay to have a government watchdog onboard. In other words, whether SLAVERY in violation of the Thirteenth Amendment was OK. The liberals are dodging the real issue.

The VERY interesting aspect of this ruling is the following:

  1. Current Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh was in the majority on this decision.
  2. During his confirmation, Justice Kavanaugh sat through the following FANTASTIC diatribe by Senator Ben Sasse during his confirmation hearing:
Sasse on Kavanaugh Hearing: “We Can And We Should Do Better Than This”, SEDM
    https://sedm.org/sasse-on-kavanaugh-hearing-we-can-and-we-should-do-better-than-this/
  3. The above video CRITICIZES the problems of overreach by the Administrative State to the Senate then assembled AND Justice Kavanaugh.
  4. Apparently, Justice Kavanaugh of the U.S. Supreme Court AGREED with what Senator Ben Sasse said in the above video and VOTED to fix EXACTLY the problems he described it in this case.

The Ben Sasse video is VERY insightful explanation of what is wrong with the national government. We HIGHLY recommend watching his video above.
