Champion made some errors:
- Nara does NOT codify the statutes at large. The Law revision counsel of the House of Representatives in fact does. 2 U.S.C. 285b through c.
- Dave treats Title 42 as if it were law. Its not. 1 U.S.C. 204 says its not positive law but merely a “prima facie presumption”. Presumptions are not law.
- He hasn’t even examined the definition of “domestic” in 26 U.S.C. 7701(a)(4) and thinks that its geographical. He doesn’t realize that it means everything inside the U.S. Inc federal corporation.
- We also caution you that Dave’s position on taxation is that we are all “U.S. persons” and NOT “nonresident aliens”. That is a HORRIBLE error and we don’t recommend reading or following his book, which we have read. We have gotten into heated debates with him over this issue and he does not respond to evidence proving him wrong. See:

The Constitution’s Comity Clause in Article IV, Section 2, Clause 1 requires that citizens in one state have the same rights when they are in other states to prevent what is called “the disabilities of alienage”. The only relationship that would make those doing business in a state into aliens is if they:
5.1. Are representing the NATIONAL government or
5.2. Are from a territory or possession.
NEITHER one of the above are the proper subject of the comity clause.
