The Matrix (“Benefits” and Privileges)

“The Matrix is a system, Neo. That system is our enemy. But when you’re inside, you look around, what do you see? Businessmen, teachers, lawyers, carpenters. The very minds of the people we are trying to save. But until we do, these people are still a part of that system and that makes them our enemy. You have to understand, most of these people are not ready to be unplugged. And many of them are so inured, so hopelessly dependent on the system, that they will fight to protect it”.

We liken the above quote to Jesus’s parables in the Bible of the mustard seed where only when the seed (of truth) falls upon fertile ground, does it spring forth and multiply. In secular terms, that parable is described below:

Ironically, this is in fulfillment of “to those that have (truth) much more will be given and to those who have not, what they think they have will be taken away” in Mark 4:25. What does it take for one to have fertile soil for the seed of truth? A: Curiosity and searching. Hence why the child is closest to God because people are born with innate curiosity. Speaking in parables was

1. a way to work around the blocks in the mind to get to curiosity resident on the deep mind levels and
2. To avoid those who hearts have become hardened and whose eyes refuse to see.

One is not to waste time on those who are essentially enemies–let not the dust settle on your feet is the amount of time to spend on those people. But…There is no one who cannot become saved once their hearts are hardened and/or are who have eyes who do not see. The saving possibility is illustrated by Christ’s treatment in the end days. Adversity holds the key. Those who are dealt adversity can profit truth from same because it reinvigorates the questioning of the mind; the soil becomes fertile for the seed of truth yet again. Notice to whom Jesus preached–largely those dealt adversity.
