One of our members asked us to HELP him be IRRESPONSIBLE. Here was his question and our answer in response:
QUESTION:
1. Would be nice to see success stories of members that have gone through the process.
2. Would be nice to read about the process of doing all this research. Who did it, how, how long etc.

ANSWER:
1. We are not a solution provider, but a legal education site. Your question betrays that you want solutions, not merely legal education, which we cannot provide without violating our:

The above Form #01.016 prohibits us from offering promises, assurances, or statistics on the “success” of our information and/or services. The word “success” is always very subjective and lacks a benchmark for measurement. In our case, the ONLY such benchmark is the Bible and NOTHING and NO ONE else. In our over twenty years of existence, we have yet to encounter even one person who could even objectively define the word absent personal economic interest, which is FORBIDDEN as a reason for joining our ministry.
Introducing yourself to us by asking us to violate our member agreement and terms of use and service is not a good idea and betrays that you may be a mole who wants to shut us down.
2. Documenting the research process and identifying the researchers is also a HORRIBLE idea, because that too would or could become a tool to try to censor, discredit is, or shut us down. It would also take away attention from our only CUSTOMER, which is God, and place it on a man, in an attempt at idolatry. AGAIN: HORRIBLE idea.
IN CONCLUSION: You aren’t the customer, God is. Yes, we are a “customer service organization”, but you clearly don’t realize who our ONLY customer is. It isn’t you, because all your questions are about pleasing you instead of God. ALL praise, ALL glory for the content on this site, and all attempts to improve it MUST be directed at ONLY God and not any vain man. Nowhere in God’s law does he EVER order us to please a man instead of God. God PUNISHED people who did this in His holy law.
Jesus commanded us to take up his cross and follow him. He DID NOT say to only do so when it is convenient or risk free TO YOU PERSONALLY. Luke 9:23.
The snake in the Garden of Eden promised mainly LIMITED LIABILITY and thus to destroy personal responsibility and accountability. That is what you are asking us for. Thus you are asking us to switch sides from God’s side to Satan’s side. In modern legal parlance, that limited liability is called an “immunity” and a “privilege”. That immunity or privilege is “property”, and since you didn’t offer to PAY for that property in asking for it, essentially you want to steal it from us or con us into giving it to you for free. We are NOT suggesting that minimizing risk is NOT important. It is, and we acknowledge this in:

HOWEVER, minimizing risk is NOT the same as TRANSFERRING risk to us. Sovereignty and personal responsibility always go together. You can’t OWN yourself without also taking RESPONSIBLITY for yourself. These are two sides of the same coin. Either you are free and you own yourself, or you are a slave and someone else owns you using the civil statutory “straw man” fiction:

If you own yourself and do not share that ownership, you are PRIVATE. If you renounce personal responsibility or try to transfer it to someone else, then the GOVERNMENT owns you and you are PUBLIC.
