Are You a Civil Statutory “Person”? (church v. state)
THEIR STATEMENT:
Earthly governments exist by divine will. You are essentially complaining that God is being unfair to you.
OUR RESPONSE:
Is God a government?
Earthly governments do NOT exist by divine will if they VIOLATE God’s laws. I will show that they ARE.
I’m complaining that government is ACTING like a god. That’s certainly NOT “divine will”. Its LUCIFER’S will. He wanted to be equal to or ABOVE God in your personal life, and he now IS, thanks to the tax system.
They claim sovereign immunity and that they must CONSENT to be sued. If all their authority is delegated and they claim sovereign immunity, why don’t we ALL have that immunity?
If I work for God under His divine law, do I represent a government?
Jesus says YES:
“He who receives you receives Me, and he who receives Me receives Him [God] who sent Me.”

Where is separation of church and state in all that?

I don’t think Supreme Court will allow you to rely on the doctrine of intergovernmental tax immunity with that. I don’t make the rules
OUR RESPONSE:
They do with churches. Why not the members if they work full time for the church?
The Bible said of Jesus in Isaiah 9:6:
“the government will be upon His shoulders”.
Intergovernmental immunity of churches. Tax exemptions of churches who don’t pursue 501c3.
They give tax immunity without statutes to churches. Why not the members if they work full time for the church?

Show me a case where this happened
OUR RESPONSE:
If the First Amendment says
“Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion or the free exercise thereof”
. . .then can a church, and by implication the PASTOR of that church, be a “person” WHILE ON RELIGIOUS DUTY?
“NO LAW”=”non person”
What if their religious duty is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?
Can they then EVER be a “person”?
What if that is MY STATUS?
Where the HELL (no pun intended) is separation of church and state in all that?
DUUUH
The apostle Paul literally says “your body is a temple” in I Cor. 6:19, and a temple is where you practice religion, and we have separation of church and state, where is separation of church and state?
THIS is what “self ownership” literally means, in a freedom context. You belong to God, you are PROPERTY of God, and taking away any part of that property is theft. Even RENTING a portion of that property back to its owner with fictitious civil statutory obligations attached to a non-existent civil person is also theft from God.
The government, through the income tax, is literally renting out STOLEN PROPERTY because the Bible says “the Heaven and the Earth belong to the Lord”. Caesar can rent what He creates, and the only thing he can create and own are privileged fictions. But you have to volunteer to be one of them, and you are CURSED by God PERSONALLY if you volunteer:

Where is Romans 13 in all THAT?

All of this would get you penalized $5000 if you argued this on a return or a specified submission under 6702. Religious objections to your incurred obligations are frivolous. And if you have no obligation, these arguments are still frivolous because they are moot.
OUR RESPONSE:
The basis of “quasi contracts” and “indebtitatus assumpsit”, which is what the U.S. Supreme Court held the basis of the income tax is in Milwaukee v. White, 296 U.S. 268 (1935). That basis is the principles of equity rather than enacted law.
What if its a non-statutory claim under the First Amendment to disassociate and to pay any and all QUANTIFIABLE assumpsits, and a request for a list of the obligations incurred BY YOUR SPECIFIC ACTIONS that they can prove that YOU caused damage or cost to them personally? How could they ever meet that burden or proof in equity? If they even tried, they would be proving their own guilt as THIEVES.
There is NO RELATIONSHIP in the income tax system between what you actually COST the government and what they insist on charging for. How can such a situation ever be truly equitable or promote personal responsibility?
We all know that most of the money paid out is benefits that we will never collect because its a Ponzi scheme headed for certain and rapid collapse. 3/4 of the federal budget is currently spent on entitlements. So who is the real THIEF from an equitable perspective if that is how tax returns were really and honorably handled?
I allege there is a “quasi-contract” , “indebtitatus assumpsit”, “unjust enrichment”, “money had and received”, and “recoupment” the GOVERNMENT has to pay for all the money it has or will squander under principles of equity (equality). Why don’t you want to talk about THAT “quasi contract”?

If you can NEVER approach government as an equal in court under principles of equity, aren’t you practicing idolatry in violation of the first four commandments of the Ten Commandments?

You never know what effect you have on people.
Re “taxpayer”: the police may call you a “suspect” and you cannot do anything about that. Does that mean they arrest you? Not necessarily.
Is there any point in arguing you are not a “suspect”? No. That is THEIR designation and if they determine someone else must have committed the crime, they decide you are NOT a suspect.

They also call humans “individuals” rather than merely PEOPLE, so they can drag them into civil court with the evidence they seize which has nothing ultimately to do with the crime they are investigating.

They are not referring to humans when they use the term “individual” or “taxpayer” for that matter
OUR RESPONSE:
If they would acknowledge that, and then allow you to enforce their burden of proving consent to BECOME an “individual” or “taxpayer”, that would be find. But they deceive in stead.
THEIR RESPONSE:
They are permitted to lie under the laws of war, to keep the public subdued. Less violence and brutality that way. All war is deception.
OUR RESPONSE:
They PRETEND we are the government and we are here to SERVE and REPRESENT YOU. But what they do is always war, not “service” or even basic honesty at human level. They aren’t accountable to tell the truth as politicians dealing with the public and they seldom do because of this.
THEIR RESPONSE:
People who will not self-govern need to be subdued.
OUR RESPONSE:
True. Subdued and restrained by any means necessary. And self-government begins with complete, personal, and exclusive responsibility for all your choices and actions so you don’t become a burden to your fellow man or end up with a nanny government that functions as a social insurance company.
THEIR RESPONSE:
Naturally “government” encourages its own growth and increased power, the people get the government they deserve. God’s people were repeatedly warned about this in the Old Testament. If you don’t follow God’s laws, you will be conquered and subjugated. That is not punishment, just karma, a natural corrective mechanism created by God.
OUR RESPONSE:
Subjugated and “scattered abroad” as exiles. Lots of biblical references to that. That scattering is how the gospel was spread. The righteous fled the idolater lemmings, and they spread the gospel. Today we call these people “expats”. Tina Turner was an example.
THEIR RESPONSE:
Worship idols and you end up in a society that sacrifices babies and children [through abortion and other means]. God saw that people would fail repeatedly to follow his laws, and he set things up to work with that. God makes use of anyone He chooses, including the “bad guys”.
