Bing ChatGPT: Are You a “Private Person”?

The following questions were asked on 4/4/23 of the Bing AI chatbot. That chatbot is based on ChatGPT-4.

“PRIVATE PERSON. An individual who is not the incumbent of an office.”

The chatbot PRESUMES that every reference to “person” is a CIVIL STATUTORY person. It won’t even give a name to those who don’t want to BE CIVIL STATUTORY “persons”. The civil statutes therefore amount essentially to “The MATRIX“. This is also consistent with our other article in which the chatbot ADMITS that “citizens” are AGENTS of the public, although it falls short of calling them “public officers”.
