Constitutional Interpretation-Justice Scalia

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia describes why the ONLY rational way of interpreting the constitution is Originalism or Textualism, and why every other approach undermines and destroys the constitution and implements societal anarchy.

Notice that Scalia calls voting a “franchise”, as we describe in Government Instituted Slavery Using Franchises, Form #05.030.  The implication is that if you DON’T want to be enslaved to government by participating in franchises, then you can’t vote.
