Trump announces creation of the External Revenue Service (ERS).

People are interpreting this as Trump ending the IRS and personal taxation. We’re reading it as additional revenue from the ERS, despite the IRS. Further clarification needed.

The following bill needs to be part of that effort:

H.R.25 – To promote freedom, fairness, and economic opportunity by repealing the income tax and other taxes, abolishing the Internal Revenue Service, and enacting a national sales tax to be administered primarily by the States.
