This ministry does NOT entirely support the scenario she describes because:

1. The definition above states that “all citizens, including lawmakers and leaders, are accountable to the same laws”. Why not just PEOPLE, including non-citizens, whether they consent or not? The only kind of laws that apply to everyone without their consent are the CRIMINAL and COMMON LAWs and never CIVIL statutory codes.
2. This lady therefore takes the tyrant position that EVERYONE should be a “subject” of the civil statutory code, and that is SLAVERY itself!
3. Provided that the “laws” described above that everyone is subject to include only the criminal law and the common law, we support it. The CIVIL statutes, however, require voluntary membership, and membership cannot be compelled or the First Amendment is violated. Only citizens and residents are subject to the civil law, and they become subject by a voluntary choice of civil domicile that cannot be compelled.
4. The designer of our three branch system of government, Montesquieu, stated in his seminal work Spirit of Laws that the POLITICAL law should never regulate private property or private rights. The civil statutory codes of today do exactly that, by making everyone into officers of the government and “straw men”. See:

5. We do support the idea that everyone running the government should be subject to the civil statutes, but not everyone they work for in their constituency. 6. We don’t support the idea that anyone can be compelled to have any civil obligation the state decides they should have, whether they are MEMBERS of the body politic called “citizens and residents”, or “non-members” called non-residents. That would be the very SLAVERY she says she hates.
7. We don’t support the idea of democracy she advances and neither did the Founding Fathers. They gave us a REPUBLIC, not a DEMOCRACY. In a REPUBLIC, individual rights trump collective rights.

So this lady, while gutsy, is an ignorant hypocrite and a demagogue, like most other politicians. We don’t think she even knows what she means by “rule of law”. If you asked her to define it, she would have to admit she is a hypocrite.
