REBUTTAL: Operation Restore the Republics
This lady sounds confident and informed, but it’s just an illusion and she is probably a government shill. The telltale signs are:
- She provides no evidence to back up ANY of her factual or legal claims.
- She does not provide links to court recognized authorities you can use to validate or investigate any of what she says.
- She says she sent out FOIA requests but doesn’t give a sample of what she sent out.
Anna Von Reitz does the same thing so we don’t trust her either for the same reason. Notice that unlike every legal expert on TV, she doesn’t have a bookshelf of legal books behind her. It doesn’t look like she has been reading anything about real law. Just relying on secret gurus who aren’t even identified for every aspect of her beliefs. And that’s all they are: beliefs and opinions that are not admissible as evidence under Federal Rule of Evidence 610. When it comes to government and corruption, we don’t give a damn on this site about mere “beliefs”. Show me the facts!
Members are reminded that our SEDM Member Agreement, Form #01.001, requires that you cannot state ANYTHING in our forums (which are a mock court) or in court about law or government or corruption that you don’t have court admissible evidence to prove. This lady would be violating our member agreement if she were a member. Any post containing this kind of dribble would be deleted from our forums because it spreads unsubstantiated information. If she said the same thing in a courtroom, the judge would sanction her and strike it from the record.
