There’s No Such Thing as “Government Funding”

All statutory “taxpayers” are public officers.

If you receive alleged “government funding”, then they can only pay you back YOUR OWN MONEY MINUS administration fees. Anything more is an abuse of the taxing power.

“The power to tax is, therefore, the strongest, the most pervading of all powers of government, reaching directly or indirectly to all classes of the people.  It was said by Chief Justice Marshall, in the case of McCulloch v. Md., 4 Wheat. 431, that the power to tax is the power to destroy.  A striking instance of the truth of the proposition is seen in the fact that the existing tax of ten per cent, imposed by the United States on the circulation of all other banks than the National Banks, drove out of existence every *state bank of circulation within a year or two after its passage.  This power can be readily employed against one class of individuals and in favor of another, so as to ruin the one class and give unlimited wealth and prosperity to the other, if there is no implied limitation of the uses for which the power may be exercised.

To lay, with one hand, the power of the government on the property of the citizen, and with the other to bestow it upon favored individuals to aid private enterprises and build up private fortunes, is none the less a robbery because it is done under the forms of law and is called taxation.  This is not legislation.  It is a decree under legislative forms.

Nor is it taxation.  ‘A tax,’ says Webster’s Dictionary, ‘is a rate or sum of money assessed on the person or property of a citizen by government for the use of the nation or State.’  ‘Taxes are burdens or charges imposed by the Legislature upon persons or property to raise money for public purposes.’  Cooley, Const. Lim., 479.

Coulter, J., in Northern Liberties v. St. John’s Church, 13 Pa. St., 104 says, very forcibly, ‘I think the common mind has everywhere taken in the understanding that taxes are a public imposition, levied by authority of the government for the purposes of carrying on the government in all its machinery and operations—that they are imposed for a public purpose.’  See, also Pray v. Those who insist that the government pay for anything therefore are advocating:

1. That the government STEAL more.
2. That they be recruited INVOLUNTARILY as public officers to pay for it and to work for the government without any DIRECT compensation. Any “benefit” is not contractually guaranteed so there is no real consideration that can create a lawful civil obligation. Click here (Form #05.001) for details. STATUTORY “citizens” and “residents” (U.S. Persons, Form #05.053) are full-time public officers EVERYWHERE IN THE WORLD. “Nonresident aliens” (Form #05.020) are part time, and only when they are doing business with Uncle Sam, working for Uncle Sam, or receiving payments from the District of Columbia.
3. That if any debts are incurred paying for it, generations of unborn children be literally made into SLAVES and PEONS to pay for it in violation of the Thirteenth Amendment. And the debt amounts to “taxation without representation”.
4. The surrender and destruction of their equality in relation to government and the elevation of civil rulers above them to “lord it over them” as Jesus said they are NOT allowed to do in Matt. 20:25-28. You can’t have slaves and peons without Masters above them. Equality in relation to the government is the foundation of ALL your freedom. For details and watch video 1.

Remember that you can’t be ELIGIBLE for a “benefit” without offering your license number that makes you eligible to receive it. That license number is the TAXPAYER Identification Number/SSN. The number is an accounting system to make sure that the amount you receive can never be greater than what you pay in minus “administration fees” that are so huge there is nothing substantial left to pay you out of the remainder.

In the above video, George Carlin says “they OWN you”. What is really happening is that they created the “taxpayer” office you volunteer for every time you ask for the government to pay for something, and the SSN/TIN is the “franchise mark” that makes you a privileged franchisee eligible to receive the payment.

The only way to remain truly free and equal under the civil law is to avoid seeking government civil services, benefits, property, special or civil status, exemptions, privileges, or special treatment.  All such pursuits of government services or property require individual and lawful consent to a franchise and the surrender of inalienable constitutional rights AND EQUALITY in the process, and should therefore be AVOIDED.  The rights and equality given up are the “cost” of procuring the “benefit” or property from the government, in fact.  Nothing in life is truly “free”.  Anyone who claims that such “benefits” or property should be free and cost them nothing is a thief who wants to use the government as a means to STEAL on his or her behalf. All just rights spring from responsibilities/obligations under the laws of a higher power.  If that higher power is God, you can be truly and objectively free.  If it is government, you are guaranteed to be a slave because they can lawfully set the cost of their property as high as they want as a Merchant under the U.C.C.    If you want it really bad from people with a monopoly, then you will get it REALLY bad.
