The way that governments avoid slavery is to DECEIVE you into volunteering for an office or position inside the government called “U.S. person”. Then you become surety for the obligations of the office and all services you render as such officer are owned by the OFFICE rather than by YOU as the OFFICER. Since the taxes on a “U.S. person” are owed by the office that they created and therefore own, then they are not taxing human labor as PRIVATE property but the OFFICE as PUBLIC property. OF COURSE they can charge USAGE fees called “taxes” for the rental or use of said property to you! The revenue of that service by the DUPED officer is then labeled “compensation for services” rendered by the U.S. person fiction of law and the entire amount is subject to income tax, rather than merely upon PROFIT from the sale of your PRIVATE and PERSONAL labor.
This mechanism of SOPHISTRY to STEAL your labor by deceit is certainly IMMORAL as she described, and is ILLEGAL if they won’t respect your right to NOT volunteer or elect yourself into the office. Those who DO NOT volunteer or make such an election are called “nonresident aliens”. Any American National can file income tax as a nonresident alien. See:
