President Biden Affirms Your Rights are Unalienable and that those rights come from God rather than Government, Exhibit #02.014

Speech given at Joint Base Langley Eustis in Hampton Virginia, 5/28/2021. Biden affirms that we are based on the idea that government is created to protect your Constitutional rights, and that we are the only nation based on an idea rather than a religion or ethnicity or a location. He says in effect that the only enemy is People Who Give Up Their Rights!  SEDM Exhibit #02.014

HOWEVER, note what he does to undermine and conflict with his own message:

1.  He mentions Life and Liberty but omits Happiness/Property by calling it “Etc” at 2:02.  The most important thing, HAPPINESS/Property, and he won’t even mention it!  According to the the U.S. Supreme Court, Property and Happiness are equivalent in the phrase “Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness”.  See Munn v. Illinois, 94 U.S. 113 (1876).  Without PRIVATE property there can be no happiness and the Life and Liberty that remain after it is STOLEN are meaningless.
2. He says we are the only country founded on an IDEA.  The Constitution is NOT an IDEA, but rather actionable LAW and a delegation of authority from the SOVEREIGN PEOPLE to their SERVANT government.  So he undermines his point by not giving the Constitution the character of LAW that binds HIM PERSONALLY as a public servant:
   

   “And the Constitution itself is in every real sense a law-the lawmakers being the people themselves, in whom under our system all political power and sovereignty primarily resides, and through whom such power and sovereignty primarily speaks. It is by that law, and not otherwise, that the legislative, executive, and judicial agencies which it created exercise such political authority as they have been permitted to possess. The Constitution speaks for itself in terms so plain that to misunderstand their import is not rationally possible. ‘We the People of the United States,’ it says, ‘do ordain and establish this Constitution.’ Ordain and establish! These are definite words of enactment, and without more would stamp what follows with the dignity and character of law. The framers of the Constitution, however, were not content to let the matter rest here, but provided explicitly-‘This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; … shall be the supreme Law of the Land.’ (Const. art. 6, cl. 2.) The supremacy of the Constitution as law is thus declared without qualification. That supremacy is absolute; the supremacy of a statute enacted by Congress is not absolute but conditioned upon its being made in pursuance of the Constitution. And a judicial tribunal, clothed by that instrument with complete judicial power, and, therefore, by the very nature of the power, required to ascertain and apply the law to the facts in every case or proceeding properly brought for adjudication, must apply the supreme law and reject the inferior statute whenever the two conflict. In the discharge of that duty, the opinion of the lawmakers that a statute passed by them is valid must be given great weight, Adkins v. Children’s Hospital, 261 U.S. 525, 544, 43 S.Ct. 394, 24 A.L.R. 1238; but their opinion, or the court’s opinion, that the statute will prove greatly or generally beneficial is wholly irrelevant to the inquiry. 3. The Declaration of Independence (from which the phrase “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness” originated) is ALSO not merely an idea but is literally organic LAW of the USA and the United States.  If he doesn’t regard it as law, he is violating his oath and committing TREASON as an anarchist.
4. Because Biden as President refuses to acknowledge the Constitution and the rights in recognizes but not creates as ORGANIC LAW rather than merely an unobligatory “IDEA”, the legislature brands him as literally the VERY communist he claims to be fighting.  How ironic!:

   Sec. 841. – Findings and declarations of fact

   The Congress finds and declares that the Communist Party of the United States [consisting of the IRS, DOJ, and a corrupted federal judiciary], although purportedly a political party, is in fact an instrumentality of a conspiracy to overthrow the [de jure] Government of the United States [and replace it with a de facto government ruled by the judiciary]. It constitutes an authoritarian dictatorship [IRS, DOJ, and corrupted federal judiciary in collusion] within a [constitutional] republic, demanding for itself the rights and [FRANCHISE] privileges [including immunity from prosecution for their wrongdoing in violation of Article 1, Section 9, Clause 8 of the Constitution] accorded to political parties, but denying to all others the liberties [Bill of Rights] guaranteed by the Constitution [Form #10.002].  Unlike political parties, which evolve their policies and programs through public means, by the reconciliation of a wide variety of individual views, and submit those policies and programs to the electorate at large for approval or disapproval, the policies and programs of the Communist Party are secretly [by corrupt judges and the IRS in complete disregard of, Form #05.014, the tax franchise “codes”, Form #05.001] prescribed for it by the foreign leaders of the world Communist movement [the IRS and Federal Reserve]. Its members [the Congress, which was terrorized to do IRS bidding by the framing of Congressman Traficant] have no part in determining its goals, and are not permitted to voice dissent to party objectives. Unlike members of political parties, members of the Communist Party are recruited for indoctrination [in the public FOOL system by homosexuals, liberals, and socialists] with respect to its objectives and methods, and are organized, instructed, and disciplined [by the IRS and a corrupted judiciary] to carry into action slavishly the assignments given them by their hierarchical chieftains. Unlike political parties, the Communist Party [thanks to a corrupted federal judiciary] acknowledges no constitutional or statutory limitations upon its conduct or upon that of its members [ANARCHISTS!, Form #08.020].  The Communist Party is relatively small numerically, and gives scant indication of capacity ever to attain its ends by lawful political means. The peril inherent in its operation arises not from its numbers, but from its failure to acknowledge any limitation as to the nature of its activities, and its dedication to the proposition that the present constitutional Government of the United States ultimately must be brought to ruin by any available means, including resort to;force and violence [or using income taxes].  Holding that doctrine, its role as the agency of a hostile foreign power [the Federal Reserve and the American Bar Association (ABA)] renders its existence a clear present and continuing danger to the security of the United States.  It is the means whereby individuals are seduced [illegally KIDNAPPED via identity theft!, Form #05.046] into the service of the world Communist movement [using FALSE information returns and other PERJURIOUS government forms, Form #04.001], trained to do its bidding [by FALSE government publications and statements that the government is not accountable for the accuracy of, Form #05.007], and directed and controlled [using FRANCHISES illegally enforced upon NONRESIDENTS, Form #05.030] in the conspiratorial performance of their revolutionary services. Therefore, the Communist Party should be outlawed.

5. 6. He’s talking to an audience of military members who HAVE no constitutional rights.  They come under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), not the Constitution.  They are government PROPERTY while they serve, and must DIE on command.  They would be court-martialed for claiming the very constitutional rights that they are commanded to defend with their life.  They must be OFF duty or even out of the military to even enjoy ANY such rights.
7. He says it is “his greatest honor” to serve as their Commander in Chief.  Perhaps because he is the only one in the room who has ANY RIGHTS AT ALL!  Who wouldn’t be honored by being the only person in a room full of people to have Constitutionally protected rights?
8. The people he is talking to don’t even have a private property interest in their own labor.  They are SLAVES in violation of the Thirteenth Amendment.  If they don’t fill out a W-4 and PRETEND to condone government THEFT of their labor in doing so, they will be blacklisted and discharged from service with a dishonorable discharge.  That’s why he didn’t mention PROPERTY/HAPPINESS.  He didn’t want to remind the room that none of them HAVE ANY.  You can’t own private property if YOU ARE government property as a military enlistee.

HYPOCRITE!

Those who are in the military or are veterans ought to feel SLAPPED in the face by him LYING to you in such a BLATANT way about rights you are supposed to have, can’t give up, but which are not permitted to have because you are treated literally like government CATTLE.  You are supposed to be SOVEREIGNS and he is supposed to be your SERVANT, but YOU are the SERF by legal sophistry and franchises:

We bet the so-called progressive’s (communists/socialists) would be absolutely pissed at sleepy Joe IF the media had covered this part of this speech.  Every now and then Joe slips-up and wanders off the “progressive” plantation. I bet his O-handlers were pissed and I wager the CNN/MSNBC/NYT media covering him thought, “OMG, …God AND blames the Chinese Communists!…better not forward that clip to run, it sounds like a Trump rally comment.”
