When Does Secular Law Become Hate Speech?

Secular law becomes hate speech when it:
- Commands us to do things that God expressly forbids.
- Prohibits us from doing things that God orders us to do.
If the First Amendment doesn’t prevent either of the above, then what good is it? These two things collectively imply that the secular government and/or its laws are commanding us as believers to violate our biblical delegation of authority order as His trustees 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:

Any situation requiring our consent to implement the above is to be avoided. Criminal law and common law do not require consent, and therefore are unavoidable. The civil statutory law, however, is based on consent, and therefore it must be avoided if it accomplishes either of the above. See:

To liberals, they define any attempt to explain or enforce God’s laws on homosexuality as “hate speech”, so the converse must also be true of secular civil law in relation to Christians:

Our Member Agreement, Form #01.001, defines “hate speech” in the same way, and even defines any attempt to assign or enforce a civil statutory status to Christians as a usurpation and hate speech.

10.7 The legal equivalent of outlawing PRIVATE property and PRIVATE rights. All governments are established to PROTECT private property, not outlaw its exercise or possession by associating it with public statuses without the express consent of the owner in EACH SPECIFIC case. The regulation of EXCLUSIVELY PRIVATE rights is repugnant to the Constitution and I define my rights as EXCLUSIVELY PRIVATE. They are therefore entirely beyond the control, taxation, regulation, or civil (but not common law or constitutional) protection of any government.

What the above is talking about is “separation of church and state” at the heart of the First Amendment and in its PUREST theological form, in fact. This is also sometimes called “sanctification” in theological circles:

Identity politics, in fact, is designed to convert the target of the labels assigned from either secular to religious, or religious to secular, and thus to switch the law system protecting the target of the labels assigned or enforced. The labels assigned are called “civil status”, and they are used to enforce the terms of a civil franchise as a SUBSTITUTE law system. See:

What the Pharisees practiced as described above, in fact, was identity politics to remove themselves from the obligations of God’s laws and to substitute themselves as the thing being “worshipped” or obeyed, thus promoting idolatry.
According to the Bible, God is law (John 1:1) and God is our ONLY “lawgiver” (Isaiah 33:22). Any attempt to substitute secular law for God’s law (Form #13.001) is to change the “lawgiver” and thus to make the state literally “god” in violation of the First Amendment.

To change the SOURCE of the “definitions” for a legal term is to CHANGE the lawgiver. This sort of corruption is the literal origin of “identity politics”, because identity is ALWAYS defined in a specific law system by a SPECIFIC “lawgiver”. The law system it is defined in is always a “franchise” of one kind or another:

The ENTIRE civil statutory code is, itself, such a franchise.
Christians are therefore biblically prohibited from engaging in identity politics, and they are protected from it when and only when they abandon all civil statuses and thereby are protected ONLY by God’s CIVIL laws and the common law**. Law is warfare! We declare war on them when we quote their law and demand they obey it. I guess quoting God’s law or their law is a form of hate speech. But, I guess its an orgy of love when they quote their law and demand we conform to it. Hummmm?
