What sort of “unlawful” activities are we talking about?
Those who consent to NOTHING remain exclusively PRIVATE and they absolutely own themselves and their property. They retain all their natural rights and constitutional protections in every and any scenario. They are protected ONLY by the common law and the Constitution and the criminal law but not the civil statutory law. They are in no way “lawless” nor do they reject ALL law and become anarchists BECAUSE they embrace the criminal law and the common law.
Any attempt to enforce CIVIL STATUTES against them is a constitutional tort. Imposing the obligations of CIVIL statutory membership in the body politic against their will by any of the following methods is also a tort and an unlawful weaponization of government against those who insist on ONLY constitutional and not civil statutory protections:

- Interfering with their economic activities by denying them identification as a nonresident so that they can’t authenticate their transactions.
- County recorders refusing to file documents and deeds dealing with purely private transactions, insisting that land transfers must be CIVIL STATUTORY only, and thus turning the government into the absolute owner of the land. Thus, you are FORBIDDEN by administrative interference with holding allodial title.
- Bundling government services that they WANT with those they DON’T want in an unconscionable adhesion contract and thereby every conceivable constitutional right.

New Poll Reveals Divide on Refusing ‘Illegal Orders’

Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ) and five other Democratic lawmakers have sparked controversy after advising military personnel to refuse unlawful orders. Their statements quickly drew criticism from Trump administration officials concerned about military protocol. The Pentagon has since launched an investigation into alleged misconduct on behalf of Kelly.
A YouGov America survey found that around half of Americans approved of the lawmakers’ message, while about one-third disapproved. The strongest support was found among Democrats.
The Democratic lawmakers jointly stated, “Right now, the threats to our Constitution aren’t just coming from abroad, but from right here at home. Our laws are clear.”
The lawmakers jointly added, “You can refuse illegal orders … you must refuse illegal orders. No one has to carry out orders that violate the law or our Constitution.”
Approximately 75% of Democrats, 50% of independents, and just over 25% of Republicans approved the message. 56% of Republicans disapproved.
Trump accused the lawmakers of treason after the video’s release, but the White House clarified he was calling for accountability, not capital punishment.
